Darma Henwa Won 17th Rank in Annual Report Award 2015

The 2015 Annual Report Award (ARA) event was held at the Dhanapala Building, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, on September 28, 2016. DEWA won 17th place out of 72 participants for the non-private financial category. This year is the 5th year DEWA has participated in ARA. Improvements continue to be made in terms of writing and content preparation, especially on the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) criteria, the value achieved by DEWA is quite significant compared to last year.


DEWA's commitment to continuously improve the quality of GCG implementation is shown gradually and continually strives to complement the complete GCG infrastructure, complete and update various procedures and company management policies that are GCG soft structures, and improve the quality of GCG best practice implementation through the implementation of socialization to all operational areas of the Company . In 2015 DEWA has endorsed several GCG instruments, including:

  • Good Corporate Policy
  • Business Ethics and Code of Conduct
  • Charter of the Board of Commissioners
  • Charter of Directors
  • Nomination & Remuneration Committee Charter


Furthermore, for 2016, DEWA will focus on the implementation of outreach to all operational areas related to the introduction and implementation of GCG within the Company. So it is hoped that by continuing to be committed to the implementation of GCG, the preparation of the 2016 ARA will be more transparent and of higher quality.
